Shipping Policy
As part of our commitment to excellent service, we offer *FREE next day delivery right throughout Ireland - both north and south, using our own delivery fleet where possible as well as reputable couriers.

next business day standard delivery on orders over €80.00 (ex VAT) placed before 12 noon on Monday to Friday.

A delivery charge of €10.00 will be charged for orders with a net order value of less than €80.00 ex. VAT.
AV Direct deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses.

Shipping to international addresses is possible and available on request.

Next day delivery excludes weekends.

Orders placed after noon on Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend will be processed on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Standard delivery includes Northern Ireland.

Delivery of non-standard items may vary depending upon stock availability at the time of your order.


Delivery of Heavy Items
Delivery of machines and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
